Managed to finish this one, too. Despite my back pain I was aiming for a 4:45 pace, but I couldn't do more than this.

Managed to finish this one, too. Despite my back pain š« I was aiming for a 4:45 pace, but I couldn't do more than this. After all the training, the back pain messed me up š I'll try to do better next weekend š
